The Showdown On The Plains BBQ Challenge is sure to become a major annual event for the city of Scott City, KS. Although this is our first year, we are expecting this event to grow quickly. Both for this year’s event and in anticipation of future growth we are in need of help. If you would like to help us make this year's event as successful as possible, please feel free to volunteer. We need help with many aspects of the event, from contest meat judging to crowd control. There are many more areas in which we will need help.
